Keeping Promises

So, although London has been rockin' the potty as long as she's butt nekkid from the waist down, we didn't think that was an appropriate way for her to go through life. So, the next step was to get her to use the loo even when clothed. Unfortunately for us, having her butt covered with anything was as good as having it covered with a diaper. So, we decided to add an extra incentive along with her potty chart. Now, for every x number of stickers she earns, she also earns a new book. This seemed to do the trick! Unfortunately, it worked so well that she earned her first book the very next day. At 9:30 pm. On a Saturday. Waiting 2 days to receive your reward is a little anti-climatic for a little one. Fortunately, the Borders in Chapel Hill is open until 11 pm. So, we packed her up in her pj's and kept our end of the bargain.
